The fabric on the seat and back has been peeled away, revealing the bare plywood with its slender legs, giving the chair a delicate appearance. I imagine it was originally used in an office.
The screws are rusty and the height cannot be adjusted, but the seat height is just right for a typical office desk.
There is some damage such as partial peeling of the plywood on the seat, gaps in the plywood on the backrest, and rust on the legs, but no other damage is visible.
Its quiet, unobtrusive appearance makes it seem like it's fine just to have it there. For shops, it might be a good idea to use it as a store card holder.
