NISHIMOTO SANGYO Paperweight

This is a novelty item from Nishimoto Sangyo, a company that deals in medical equipment and is now a subsidiary of Canon Medical Systems.

It appears to be from the 1980s or 1990s, and has few scratches. However, please note that there are small spots on the inside of the design.
