This is a marine lamp from Nippon Sento, with the attached plate dated April 1981. It was originally an electric lamp, not a kerosene lamp, but the cord has been replaced with a new one.
There is some rust and tarnish on the metal due to age, but no damage that would interfere with use. The bulb size is E-26. To replace the bulb, simply unscrew the cover and slide it open.
The cord is 3.9m long, so you can either place it on a surface or hang it up using the handle.
There are two designs, and the difference is the way the wings open and the width of the glass surface. A opens to about 120°, while B opens to about 240°.
