Nippon Carbonate Gas Soda Siphon Bottle

This is an old soda siphon bottle from Nippon Carbonated Gas, a company founded in 1917 that boasts the largest market share for carbon dioxide gas cartridges. The bottle has a gas cartridge attached to the top, but glass siphons were discontinued in 1973, and the dedicated cartridges are no longer in production (siphon bottles have been made from stainless steel since 1973).

This is probably the best condition glass siphon bottle we've ever purchased. There is some dirt on the inside bottom and some tarnish on the sides that can't be removed. If you've been looking for one, this is definitely one for you.
