This namasu (simmered food) dish features a delicate brushwork of pine, bamboo, and plum designs on the inside, and a delicate arabesque pattern on the rim in a slightly pale blue gosu. It dates from the late Edo period to the Meiji period. There are some frills and areas that are not glazed, but there is very little damage from use.

With a diameter of about 13cm, this deep plate is extremely versatile and can be used to serve side dishes or salads, as a serving plate for hot pot dishes, or for desserts.
