This pocket watch from Molnija, Russia, likely dates back to the 1980s during the Soviet era. Molnija is a manufacturer that produces a wide range of watches, from wristwatches and pocket watches to watches used in military aircraft, and 80% of the manufacturing process is done by hand (according to Wikipedia).
The dial is almost pure white. There's a small seconds at 9 o'clock and "MADE IN USSR" written below 6 o'clock. The button above 12 o'clock opens and closes the lid and also serves as the mainspring, which runs for approximately 30 hours at full power. While the watch's maintenance history is unknown, it currently maintains a practical level of accuracy, within ±1 minute per day.
There are some small scratches and tarnish on the exterior, but if you're used to old things, I don't think you'll notice them.
