Plastic ointment container mini (unused) sold individually

This is a plastic ointment case from Maru S Medical Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. It is unused dead stock that was left in its box, and the box label uses old-style characters, so I suspect it dates back to around the 1950s.

The lid is screw-on. It's quite small, but it can hold beads and small accessories. It arrived unused and in very good condition, so I think it could also be used as an ointment case.
