USMilitary melamine stacking tumbler (brown)

This melamine tumbler was used by the U.S. military. While most U.S. Military melamine products are typically camel or cinnamon-colored from the 1960s and 1970s, this particular one dates back to 1952, making it one of the earliest examples of melamine. The color is a reddish brown, typical of this era.

The sides are designed with grooves to allow for neat stacking. There are some scrapes on the edges due to manufacturing, but there is little damage from use and the container is in fairly good condition considering its age.

It is heat-resistant and shock-resistant, so it can be used safely by small children, and it can be stacked and carried compactly, making it recommended for outdoor use.
