Butcher's Hook (Meat Hook)

Have you ever seen rows of large chunks of beef or pork hanging in a large storage facility? We would like to introduce you to the meat hooks that were used to hang these chunks of meat, known as butcher's hooks in the United States.

Butcher's hooks come in a variety of shapes and sizes to suit the size of meat, but this one is quite large and has wheels to run on a rail.

It was used domestically, but as there is no manufacturer's marking, details such as its age are unknown.

There is a fair amount of rust on the surface, so you can spray it with clear spray or lightly sand it down to your liking. After sanding, you can apply beeswax or similar to create a different iron look than rust.

For hanging plants, dried flowers, lighting, etc. It weighs approximately 3.4 kg, so please be careful when securing it.
