Cylindrical candy jar

We recently received a tall cylindrical bottle. It is made of old pre-war glass with many bubbles and wrinkles running horizontally. There are some small chips on the top, scratches that cannot be removed, and some cloudiness, which are signs of damage from years of use, but the damage is not severe.

The lid is made of aluminum and has been cleaned, but please note that scratches and corrosion may remain.

Since the lid is not airtight, it is not suitable for storing food directly in, but it can be used to store bagged pasta or seasonings, or to store pet food, or to display dried flowers or collections.
