The manufacturer and age are unknown, but it is an old cot made of canvas on a wooden frame. It is quite rare for a Japanese product.
The legs are X-shaped, with three on each side and one in the center. Anyone seeing it for the first time will be impressed by the folding mechanism. It's heavier than an aluminum frame, but it's not as thick as the old US military cots, so it's not so heavy that it becomes a burden.
After unfolding it, we insert rods at the front and back to give the fabric tension, and it is sufficiently taut. However, unfortunately, when we tried sitting on it, the fabric near the center of the side tore a little, so this chair is recommended for customers who can reinforce it themselves or who use it to place items on.
There are still some stains on the fabric, but it has been washed so you can use it comfortably and there is no moldy smell.
A storage bag is also included, but there is a small tear at the base of the string that tightens the storage bag. This does not seem to affect use, but please be aware of this.
