The St. Charles Streetcar is the oldest streetcar in the world, having been operating in New Orleans since 1835. Jack Raymond Miller had painted the St. Charles Streetcar before this work, so it's clear he had a strong attachment to it.
There are scratches and stains on the frame, but the glass is in good condition.
