Hearth netting

This tool, called "Watashi," was used to grill fish and rice cakes over the hearth, and to store an iron kettle. It has no particular decoration, and has been used normally, rusting normally, making it a "simple tool."

There is no rust that would fall off, but one of the legs is loose, probably due to warping. It can be used for bonfires or barbecues, or as a small stand for interior decoration.
