Iron frame hanging lighting

This is a one-of-a-kind light fixture, with a chain and socket attached to an iron frame. There are vertical stripes on the surface of the iron, so where on earth was it used?

It can be used either standing or hanging, but please note that it weighs approximately 3.8 kg, so please be careful when hanging it. The bulb uses a standard E-26. The cord and plug have been replaced with new ones, so all you need is a bulb and you're ready to go.

Although the item has been cleaned, please be aware that some stains and rust may remain.
