This is a large 64-ounce Improved Gem mason jar, manufactured by Dominion Glass in Canada. The lid is secured with a metal ring, but the contents of the jar never come into contact with the metal, making it ideal for storing food. This jar comes with a rubber ring that is slightly hardened but still in good working condition.
It was probably manufactured in the 1940s, but is in good condition. Although there are some scratches on the sides and bottom, there is no significant damage. The metal ring that secures the lid has some tarnish and peeling of the coating, but it has been polished to ensure comfortable use.
It can be used to store small items or display dried flowers, and it also comes with a practical lid, making it ideal for storing rice, cereal, short pasta, pet food, and more.
