This is an Improved Gem mason jar manufactured by Dominion Glass in Canada. The lid is a glass lid that is fastened with a metal ring, but the contents of the jar do not come into contact with the metal, making it easy to use for storing food.
There are two items in stock. The jars have the same design, but the lids are different. Jar A has "1929" written on the bottom, so it was manufactured in 1929. Jar B does not have a number written on it, but the design is almost the same as A, so we estimate it was manufactured in the 1930s or 1940s.
The condition is good, and although there are scratches on the sides and bottom, there is no significant damage. The metal ring that secures the lid has some white rust, but it has been polished to a certain extent so the rust does not fall off.
Not only can it be used as a small item holder or to display dried flowers, but the lid is also very practical, so we hope you will enjoy using it to store coffee beans, tea leaves, sweets, seasonings, and more.
