This is an IDEE dining chair. The label on the back of the seat says "April 2003," but it is a discontinued model.
As this is a chair that has actually been used, there is some superficial damage such as scratches, dents, blackening, peeling paint, etc. For this reason, we have set a bold price for it, but it is not wobbly and there is no damage that would interfere with its use.
The design features a very distinctive curved seat, reminiscent of Daisaku Cho's signature piece, the "Dining Chair (Small Plywood Chair)." The overall size is compact, and it's not exactly a relaxing chair, but when you sit on it, it fits your bottom comfortably, and I think it's an excellent product that matches well with the current state of Japanese housing.
