HUBLEY Cast Iron Figure

Founded in 1894, Hubley Manufacturing is an American manufacturer known for its cast iron toys, primarily vehicles and animals, but also everyday items.

This item dates back to the 1930s and is well-regarded in the United States, but for some reason, with the exception of the piggy bank, it is poorly regarded in Japan.

There is some darkening and some small paint chips, but no noticeable damage, and it is in good condition considering its age. The material is cast iron, including the tires, so it has a certain weight to it. The eyes and nose are simply drawn, but the overall coloring is good, so I hope you will enjoy displaying it. Both tires rotate.
