U-shaped base (backing metal)

This is a "Uji-doko" (backing metal) used in forging. It was covered in rust, but we polished it off, applied beeswax, and polished it up. There are still traces of rust and scratches, but it has a nice, moist texture.

Due to the nature of the product, it cannot be shipped together with any other products other than metal blocks.
