It is extremely rusty and is probably the platform of a stroller. The tire diameter is about 27cm and it moves forward and backward without any problems, but it is wobbly, so we recommend not carrying anything on it.
The two boards on the cart appear to have been prepared later and are slightly longer than the cart. The handlebars are made of wood that looks quite withered, which alone makes it valuable.
We wanted to preserve the rusty look of the iron, so we only cleaned it and did not scrape off the rust. Please be aware that there may be some stains that cannot be removed.
You can place a flower pot on it, put a cushion on it to use as a pet bed, or just remove the wooden board and leave it as it is for a picturesque look.
