Grindley Mug

This mug is from WH Grindley & Co., a British company with over 100 years of history. Because we have seen mugs with a similar shape to American mugs from the early 1900s, we suspect this one dates to before the 1930s, but the exact date is unknown.

The color is a very pale grayish ivory. At first glance, it may seem like porcelain because it lacks crazing, but it is actually hard ceramic. It is also lightweight. Please note that there are some small stains and a small chip on the edge .
