Gooseneck lamp for sewing machines

This gooseneck light was used in a sewing factory. The shade is likely made of aluminum, and the bulb is a B-15. It has an ON/OFF switch. It appears to have been attached to the sewing machine or sewing table, and some ingenuity is required to secure it in place (it was attached to the table with a C-clamp when photographed).

The simple, small shade, the shape of the switch, and the gooseneck make it clear that this lamp is a step forward from the OKUSUN and SANKEI lamps that imitated French lamps, but the size of the bulb remains French, so it would probably be from the 1960s or 1970s.

There are some scratches and tarnish. There is some rust on the metal fittings, but there is no serious damage and the condition is good. The cord and plug were replaced with new ones because they were worn out.
