This coffee jar features a simple yet elegant design, with embossed lettering on only one side of the thick glass. As its name suggests, it is a glass container originally used to sell coffee beans, and its opening is the same size as a regular mason jar. The lid is not genuine, but we used a 1940s Atlas product.

This lid is a type that fastens the glass lid with a metal ring, and because of its structure, the only thing that comes into contact with the contents of the jar is the glass, which has the advantage of making it safe to use for storing food.

The container itself was likely manufactured by the Owens-Illinois Glass Company in the 1930s. It's a fairly old mason jar, but the glass is in relatively good condition. While there are some minor scratches and cloudiness, there are no chips or significant damage to the rim.

Not only can it be used to store small items, but both the container and lid are in practical condition, so it is a product that you will definitely enjoy using to store coffee beans, tea leaves, sweets, seasonings, and more.
