This is an old battery case made of glass. It is 8-10mm thick and weighs over 5kg. There are some that are similar in shape to old aquariums, but the thickness of the glass is quite different.
Since it is a battery case, it does not have any special decorations, but the edges are rounded so there is no need to worry about hurting your fingers.
There are small scratches and tiny chips on the edges, and although I tried polishing it quite carefully, I was unable to remove the cloudiness from the surface. However, the cloudiness disappears when you fill it with water, so it might be good to use it as an aquarium. Alternatively, you could use it to store magazines or books, or as a cover for a flower pot.
