Froebel-kan Wooden Blocks

These are building blocks from Froebel-kan, a publisher that specializes in children's books. While the set includes 27 blocks in a 9x3 format, it actually contains six half-cube triangular prisms and 12 quarter-cube triangular prisms.

It seems to be an educational toy for small children, but the wooden box with the sliding door is also quite nice, and it looks like it would be a delight to the eyes just to have it there .

There are scratches and scrapes on the wooden box and writing on the label, but the blocks are in good condition. By the way, it is still on sale, but the list price is quite high.
