A lamp made from French Tuscan

This is a small stand lamp with a cord wrapped around a French Tuscan. A Tuscan is a tool used to draw lines on vertically placed objects, but the French one is distinctive in that it is a rod with sharp edges on both sides.

The shade is made from an old oil can. The height and angle of the Toscan can be adjusted, but please note that the height is only maintained by friction, so it may occasionally slip down.

The bulb used is a small E-12, but it creates an excellent atmosphere. The cord is 2.9m long and has an ON/OFF switch along the way. The Tuscan and shade are old and have scratches and rust. Please note that the tip of the Tuscan is sharp, so please be careful.
