Foster Storage Box

This storage case from Foster Manufacturing Co. is shaped like a toolbox, but has no internal dividers. It does have an inner lid, but the function of this lid is a mystery.

Although the bottom is scuffed and the paint has peeled off in places, it is in fairly good condition for a storage case of this size, so I imagine it has not been used as a tool box. It is the perfect size for organizing tools, stationery, and small items, as well as for storing cassette tapes.
