Everest, an Italian manufacturer of typewriters, was founded in 1932 and manufactured them until it was acquired by Olivetti in the 1960s. This brand is rare and is the first to be carried in our shop.

This model, the K3, was produced for a short period of time, but the quality seems to have improved significantly compared to the previous model, and the typing sound and feel are actually quite good. It is thought to have been manufactured in 1962, and the keys are an unusual AZERTY layout.

The body is made of metal and is a refreshing pale blue. There is a little dirt that cannot be removed, but it is not a serious level of damage. I cleaned it as much as possible and removed dust from the inside with an air compressor.

I washed the case thoroughly, but the stains on the inside could not be removed completely, and the fabric has shrunk, so the zipper can no longer be closed. I think it will probably be able to be closed once the fabric stretches, but please understand.

I replaced the ink ribbon with the original spool. It works fine so far. Here's how to use it:

How to use <br>Insert the paper from the back of the roller▼
Turn the knob next to the roller to advance the paper to the position where you want to type the first character.
Adjust the left and right margins with the left and right sliders on the scale at the back▼

Press the line feed lever to move the carriage to the right.
Start typing

Line breaks
If you move the line feed lever on the left of the roller to the right, the line will automatically be fed and set to the leftmost position of the next line.

Line spacing adjustment
You can adjust the line spacing using the lever to the right of the line break lever.
1 normal
2 0.5 line gap
3 One line space *The last photo has the line spacing in this order.

Changing the ink color
You can change the ink color using the lever on the right side of the keyboard (when aligned to the center, it will be pressed without passing the ink ribbon through).
