Anvil and wooden stand

This is a log (wooden base) with an anvil hammered into it. It is one of the tools used in engraving, and is used to strike and stretch the metal on the anvil. It has been cleaned, but please note that some blackening and rust may remain.

Use it as a door stopper, hat stand, or display item. Of course, it will also be pleasing to the eye just by leaving it as is.
