Hanging marine work light

This dustproof and waterproof work light has a thick dome glass inside a screw-in metal cage and a rubber gasket. It was apparently used on ships, and is thought to date to the 1950s or 1960s.

The body is probably made of brass and shows signs of verdigris, but no significant scratches or deformation. The label "No. 2 Work Light Sanshin Electric Manufacturing Co., Ltd." remains on the side. The glass also has some minor scratches, but no chips.

The cord and plug have been replaced with new ones. The bulb used is an E26. To replace the bulb, simply unscrew the cage and remove the glass shade. An eye nut (round metal piece) has been attached to the base of the lamp, so you can hang it anywhere you like.
