Drey is a type of mason jar that was manufactured by the Schram Glass Manufacturing Company for a very short period from the 1910s to 1925. Among them, the wire-type Improved Ever Seal Mason series was produced from 1919 to the early 1920s.
Drey jars have an exceptionally fine glass texture, and this one shows a strong ripple. While there are small scratches on the glass and some rust on the clasp, there is no significant damage, such as a chipped rim, and the condition is generally good considering its age.
It can be used as a small item holder or flower vase, and since the wire holds it in place well, it is also recommended for storing coffee beans, tea leaves, sweets, and seasonings.
