This is Katsuhiro Otomo's masterpiece, and is said to be the inspiration for AKIRA. It was published in four installments between 1980 and 1981 and has now been compiled into a book. It won the Seiun Award in the comics category in 1984 and the Japan Science Fiction Grand Prize in 1983.

There are stains and discoloration on the edges, and scratches and scuffs on the cover, but overall it is in good condition.
