DEPARTMENT OF THE NAVY Tumbler

This glass tumbler features a pair of the United States Navy Department mark and a picture of the Constitution (a three-masted wooden ship) . It also has the inscription "1775-1988," so I imagine it was made to commemorate some occasion in 1988.

There are some small scratches on the inside, outside and bottom, but there is no major damage to the sides and the condition is still good enough for practical use.
