Dental specimens from Japan Medical Specimens Co., Ltd. Although no old characters are used, the wording is clearly old, suggesting they date to the 1950s or 1960s.

There are some chips in the wooden frame and some cloudiness inside the glass, but no serious damage is apparent.

The tooth specimen is realistic and elaborately crafted, but it's not particularly creepy for something of this type. The green background is a nice touch. There are two metal fittings attached to the top.
