This is a palm-sized Daikokuten statue that is completely blackened with soot. It is roughly sculpted and the facial expression is rather simple, but it has a very tasteful expression. It is said to be from the Edo to Meiji period, but the exact date is unknown. Although it is sooted, there is no noticeable damage. It is a god that brings good fortune and prosperity .
