This compact tool combines a compass, inclinometer, and level. It is used for geological surveys and when assembling structures.
Newer models are made of stainless steel, but this one has a wooden body and is quite old, as can be seen from the date "'67.6.24" written on the back.
Both ends of the body and the area around the glass are reinforced with brass. Slide the small lever underneath the compass to the left to lock the needle in place. The heart-shaped needle inside the compass is the inclinometer, and the scale on the inside is for measuring inclination.
Although there is some blackening and some rust, it is not severely damaged and is still in good working condition.
