Comet Special Camera

It's a small toy camera. I think it's a Comet from a company that makes flashes, but I don't know if it was made for children or not, and I don't know the year. But it's very cute.

The part with the word COMET written on it opens when you remove the hook. There's something inside, but this is also a mystery. If anyone knows, please let me know.
