Coil Tabletop Stand Magnifier

This desktop magnifying glass is perfect for reading small print in magazines and documents, or for observing plants and animals. It was manufactured in the UK by Combined Optical Industries under the COIL brand and dates back to the 1970s and 1980s. It still comes in its original box.

It's a unique design with a glass magnifying glass sandwiched between plastic legs, but I think it's a great design that can be enjoyed as an object as well.

There is some discoloration on the plastic and some scratches on the glass, but no other significant damage.
