This clinometer combines a compass and an inclinometer. It has a U-shaped bracket attached to the main body, and the side of the bracket is a sight, suggesting it may have been used for geological surveys. It uses a flathead screw, so I imagine it dates back to before the 1950s. It works perfectly, and points correctly.

The lever on the other side of the L-shape locks and unlocks the magnetic needle and inclinometer. A leather case is included, but the lining is torn, so the cover is likely to come off. Please note that there may be rust on the body, cloudiness on the glass surface of the case, scratches on the case, and partial blackening. The case is inscribed with "Yamagata Prefecture" and "Prefectural Expenses."
