Have you ever seen a scene where large chunks of beef or pork are hanging in rows in a large storage facility? We would like to introduce you to the meat hooks that were used to hang these chunks of meat, which are called butcher's hooks in the United States.
Butcher's hooks come in a variety of shapes and sizes to suit the size of meat, but this one is quite large and has wheels to run on a rail.
All are made in the USA, and although they are similar in shape and size, there are three different manufacturers. ST JOHN and LE FIELL have a rough surface, while CINCINATI BUCHERS has a less uneven surface.
All of them had quite a lot of rust, so I polished the surface and then finished it with oil. There is still some rust left, but it's not the kind that will flake off.
I hope you can use it to hang plants, dried flowers, lighting, etc. It weighs just over 2kg, so please be careful when securing it.
