Buffalo Mug

This small mug from Buffalo features a simple yet unique design. Buffalo Pottery was founded in 1901 by the soap manufacturer Larkin Company. Initially, the company only supplied soap dishes, but later expanded its business to include tableware for a wide range of customers, including hotels, railroads, and the military.

The size is slightly larger than a demitasse cup, with a capacity of about 160ml. The condition is very good with few small scratches, but please note that there are some small particles on the inside bottom that were present during manufacturing (this does not affect use).

The stamp on the bottom is something I've never seen before, and it's not listed in any of the materials I have, but I imagine it's quite old, dating back to before 1950.
