BROTHER Young Elite Typewriter

This is a Brother typewriter, also known for its printers and sewing machines. It's from the 1970s Young Elite series, and both the body and cover are made of plastic, making it lightweight and easy to use.

We cleaned as much of the interior and exterior as possible, and used an air compressor to remove dust and dirt from hard-to-reach areas inside. It is in very good condition, but please note that there may be some dullness on the keyboard and metal parts, as well as some minor stains and scratches on the cover that cannot be removed.

You can use regular copy paper. You can also print on bags and cards by putting them in a roller, so you can use it to make original cards and tags.

There was still plenty of ink left, so the ribbon was not replaced, but it is still available at specialty stores, so you can use it for a long time with peace of mind. How to use
Insert the paper from the back of the roller

Turn the knob next to the roller to advance the paper to the position where you want to type the first character.

Use the slider on the back scale to adjust the left and right margins

Move the left lever of the roller to the right
▼
Start typing

Line breaks
If you move the lever on the left of the roller to the right, a line break will automatically occur and the paper will be set to the leftmost position of the next line.

Line spacing adjustment
The line spacing can be adjusted using the lever to the left of the roller.

Changing the ink color
If a two-color ink ribbon is installed, you can change the ink color using the lever on the right side of the keyboard (the silver color in the middle will not print).
