Brass Carbide Lamp

This is a small, brass carbide lamp. It has two layers, with water on top and carbide on the bottom. The water dripping from the top layer reacts with the carbide to produce acetylene gas, which can then be ignited to create a lamp.

There is some dullness and blackening, and some carbide burnt material remains inside, but it is not a serious damage. However, since I do not have any carbide on hand, I cannot confirm whether it can be used.
