BOSTON pencil sharpener

This is a Boston pencil sharpener, a company with a long history, founded in 1899. The production line has now been moved to China, and many fans lament the decline in quality, but we believe this product dates back to around the 1950s.

Unlike Japanese pencil sharpeners, the pencil is not fixed in place, so you hold the pencil in your left hand and turn it with your right. Therefore, it is basically fixed to the stand with a screw, but you can sharpen it by holding the pencil and the body with your left hand.

Please note that scratches may remain on one side of the knife, as well as other scratches and discoloration. To discard the shavings, turn the oval body clockwise to remove it.
