Collage "Girl with Bob Hair"

This is a collage of a Showa-era girl with a bob haircut placed inside a vermilion circle. It looks like an old photo enlarged and then textured with a sketch-like texture. It's just so cute. The bottom right corner says "Latin," but I couldn't find any information about it.

There is some damage to the back plate, but the frame only has a few small scratches, so it doesn't appear to be very old.
