Iron tape cutter

An old tape cutter in a slightly dull light blue color. It has a label that says "ATHENA," but I'm not sure if that's the manufacturer's name.

The design appears to be from before the 1970s, and although there is some rust inside, the blade is in good working order and is fully functional. There are still some tape marks, but the dirt has been removed. The size is for standard cellophane tape.
