Wall-mounted arm lamp

This arm lamp has a thick arm and a refreshingly colored shade. It is photographed attached to a table, but it was originally a wall-mounted light fixture. There is no information about the manufacturer, but it was probably made in Japan around the 1970s. It looks like it was for commercial use, but where was it used?

The cord and plug have been replaced with new ones. The base is fixed with screws, but it can also be used with a clamp.

The lamp has two joints, one in the center and one at the base, allowing for horizontal adjustment, but not front-to-back orientation. The lamp uses a standard E-26 bulb. While there is no significant damage, please be aware that some dullness and stains may remain .
