This is a light fixture made by attaching a socket and cord to an old bicycle light. It has a cheap look with green painted tin, and was attached to the handlebars of a bicycle. It is probably a candle type, with a clip structure at the bottom to hold the candle. It probably dates from the Taisho to early Showa eras.
Please note that there is some rust and light dirt, and that it does not stand upright. You can place it or hang it.
The cord is a little over 4m long and has an on/off switch. The socket is attached to a clip at the bottom. The bulb size is E12. To replace it, you need to remove the front glass panel.
