Ball Jar has been making food storage jars since 1884 and is now loved around the world . Due to their long history, they have produced many different models, but this product is part of their Special series, which was produced from 1907 to 1962.
The bottle itself is a rounded rectangular pillar with vertically embossed lines. While there are some minor scratches and cloudiness that cannot be completely removed, there is no significant damage and the bottle is generally in good condition. Based on the bottle shape and logo design, it is estimated to have been manufactured between 1947 and 1956.
The lid is a thin metal lid that fastens with a ring, just like the current Ball Jar. It is likely a genuine original from that time, and although there is some peeling of the plating on the ring, the lid is in good condition with little sign of use.
It can be used to store small items or display dried flowers, and for those who are familiar with it, it is also recommended for storing coffee beans, tea leaves, seasonings, sweets, etc. If you replace the lid with a clean one, the range of uses will be expanded.
The mouth is wide-mouth sized, so you can reach inside and it's easy to clean.
The bottles are almost identical in shape and condition, but there are two different cap designs, so please choose the one you prefer when ordering.
Size : Diameter 9.5 x 9.5 cm, height 17.3 cm
Delivery
80 size
Caution : Please be careful as the product cannot withstand sudden heating or cooling and may be damaged.
