Ball jars have been making storage jars since 1884 and are now loved around the world. Because of their long history, many different models have been produced, but this particular jar is an older model that was manufactured between 1898 and 1910.

This model does not have a series name, but it features a bullet-like shape and a muted aqua blue glass. Compared to the Perfect Mason series that came later, this one has a slightly greenish hue. The glass also has a unique texture, with wrinkles and bubbles visible.

In terms of condition, there are small scratches, a thin chip on the top, and a dull lid, and the lid is a little stiff, but considering its age it is in good condition. The inside and outside have been thoroughly cleaned, and the lid has been polished to remove white rust.

It can be used as a small item holder, a vase, or to store candles, or you can replace the lid and use it to store sweets, coffee beans, etc. The opening is the size of a regular mouth.
